KMU MSLB Participated in I-PaMTech 2025: A Week of Global Learning and Exchange

The Department of Medical Science and Laboratory Biotechnology (MSLB) at Kaohsiung Medical University (KMU) was delighted to participate in the International Pathways in Medical Technology Mobility Exchange 2025 (I-PaMTech 2025) Phase II, held from May 21 to 28, 2025. This prestigious international event was hosted by the University of the Immaculate Conception – College of Medical and Biological Sciences (CMBS) in collaboration with the UIC External Relations and Internationalization Office, under the inspiring theme: “Breaking Barriers, Expanding Medical Technology Across Borders.”

I-PaMTech 2025 is a multi-phase initiative aimed at deepening global health integration, fostering cultural competency, enhancing clinical expertise, and promoting collaborative research among medical technology students and professionals worldwide.

The program featured a diverse range of activities, including lecture sessions, class observations, professional development sharing, community engagement, research collaboration discussions, and cultural immersion. These dynamic experiences provided invaluable opportunities for KMU’s undergraduate students to expand their horizons through academic learning, professional exchange, and meaningful cross-cultural interaction.

Participation in I-PaMTech 2025 marked another significant step for KMU MSLB in advancing medical technology education through international collaboration and global engagement.
