Over the past three years, in the field of Nursing, KMU has consistently ranked among the top three universities in Taiwan according to the QS World University Rankings — a position that stands alongside many top universities worldwide.
“There are many universities in Taiwan offering Nursing education. We are an untypical one,” says Dr. Becky (Bih-O) Lee, Dean of the College of Nursing, with conviction.
While most universities emphasize two primary areas — clinical training and academic research — KMU addresses a broader range of dimensions: clinical practice, development of interdisciplinary professionals, faculty cultivation, and fostering global connections.
Though it may appear all-encompassing at first glance, it actually reflects a deep understanding of the essence of holistic care in nursing, as well as the profession’s need for a comprehensive perspective.
